The Cromwell Memorial Hall is located on Melmore Terrace, Cromwell adjacent to the Melmore Terrace/Monaghan Street intersection.
Initial access is via the kitchen or supper room doors which are located on the eastern side of the building. Keys for the facility are available from the Cromwell Service Centre.
The main hall facility is used for social functions, smallbore rifle, indoor bowls, karate, ballet, community meetings, musicals, exhibitions and other community events.
The hall provides the following facilities: an auditorium, supper room, kitchen, west wing, dressing rooms, stage, toilets, ticket and shop kiosks in the foyer, meeting rooms, two external rooms which are accessed off the front entranceway, storage area at the rear of the stage (external access only) and the furnace room (external access).
