The Cromwell Scout Group was re-established in 2010 to meet the demand of local youth (particularly teenage boys), who were looking for fun, challenging activities, unique experiences and everyday adventure along with the chance to help others so that they could make a positive impact in their community.
Today we have 60 Scouting youth actively involved in the Group – both boys and girls ranging in age from 5-17 years.
Our Group is currently made up of Keas, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers. Each section caters for different age groups of boys and girls and meets at different times. Please contact us on the following numbers for further information.

Scouting youth take part in activities as diverse as kayaking, abseiling, expeditions overseas, photography, climbing and caving. As a Scout you can learn survival skills, first aid, be part of a stage show, or even learn how to fly a plane. There’s something for every young person and Leader. It’s a great way to have fun, make friends, get outdoors, express your creativity and experience the wider world. Come and reach your full potential with the Cromwell Scout Group.
